Now you can order your own vitamins and supplements online and have them delivered right to your door.
Simply call or email our office to get the provider account number. Once you have that, go to www.nutritiondynamics.us . Find the area that says "Register" up in the top middle area of the screen and click on it. From there, click on the word "Patients" in the bottom left of the screen. This will bring up a screen for you to enter your personal information. Fill out your information as required. In the space where you are asked for the account number, enter the provider account number that you received from our office. The space where it asks for a password is for you to enter your own secure password.
